Increase the amount of pins available in Your Library

Wow. Spotify is a mess now. And one more thing to add to the list: you can only pin FOUR items (playlists, podcasts) in "Your Library". I'm trying to use the pins to organize my library so that I try and make this new design actually work for me, and then I quickly encounter the error message: 

"You're out of pins. You can only have 4 items pinned at once."

FOUR??? Why only four? What sense does that make? I guess Spotify isn't making a product for people who like to listen to lots of music and podcasts, they're just making it for people who have a maximum of four playlists or podcasts that they listen to. If I had so few things I listened to, I wouldn't be paying for Spotify Premium. 

Pro Tip: you should fire anyone who was leading this new design overhaul. They clearly are trying to sabotage your company.

it's absolutely insane this even needs to be asked. it should've never had a limit in the first place. how incompetent is Spotify nowadays? the user experience continues to get worse and worse.

This is just like the number of liked tracks limit from a few years ago.

The Spotify suggestions page is where good ideas to go die. I've been following 10 suggestions, many of which have been pending for 6 years. Imho, don't bother suggesting things to the Spotify team. They have earplugs in. I've started looking into alternatives like Tidal, only because the Spotify program has become a hot mess and the support team do nothing but say "good idea maybe we'll get around to it by 2042."

TLDR Spotify is a great service with a TERRIBLE app and UI. Please just enable a public API so third party developers can make their own Spotify clients that aren't dumpster fires.

Honestly just commenting to keep traction on this post. If this doesn't get changed at some point and SOME POINT SOON. I'm just gonna spend my money on SoundCloud instead at least I can use the SITE WITHOUT LIMITATIONS. Like how  IN THE ACTUAL * DOES MY PREMIUM PAYMENT GO UP IN FUNDS YET I RECEIVE NO NEW FEATURES AND HAVE THE SAME IF NOT FEWER PRIVILGES. That is backwards to say it lightly

Why on earth hasn't this been done yet? It takes 2 seconds to comment out the line of code that restricts it to 4 pins.

It has been 1 year since this was marked as a good suggestion and there is no progress on it.
Please open your source code and I will make the necessary regression free changes to pin unlimited items in the library. That too for free.

I am wondering how, who, why someone came up with number 4? Why not 5, 10, 3...

It's a straightforward concept that any item and in any number in the library can be marked, pinned by user.

Why there is a check on max number of items in the source code? Ahhh....poor code quality.....memory exception....threading issues....causing regressions..Come on Spotify you should do better than this and I know you can!
