Introduce User-created AI DJS

Hello all. 

I have an idea for a feature called custom or user-created DJS. 

This would make it possible to create custom AI djs or radio stations. 

This would allow users to customize details about  the DJS, such as a prompt to generate their voices, their on-air schedule, what they play, such as podcasts or music, and information they share when talking. 

They would be live stations, and users could drop in and talk to the DJS, just like with DJ x. 

The only difference would be that the DJS would have to use a queuing system to respond to each user. 

However, if this change were to be implemented, I would still like DJ x to be available.
