Make Local Files Affect Recommendations

Hello. 

I, have been a spotify listgher for over 5 years now. 

I'd like for it to be possible for songs on the local files playlist to influence recommendations, for instance, being added to on repeat playlist or being played by AI DJ. 

This would be helpful for instance if you've created AI songs, and added them to your playlist.
