The platform is increasingly flooded with AI-generated songs (especially the Release Radar), making it harder for users to discover authentic, human-created music. To improve the listening experience, Spotify should introduce a clear label for AI-generated songs and provide an option to filter them out entirely.

We're seeing your feedback and, in this regard, we'd like to share some more info on the matter 🙂

Spotify is introducing clearer AI disclosures in the song credits, as well as stricter impersonation rules!
These updates will help protect artists’ identities, ensure royalties are distributed fairly, and give you - the listeners - more transparency.

Note that AI disclosures do not affect how the music is treated for recommendations.

There's been some awesome songs done by fictional characters that I thoroughly enjoy, glorb/blorg turning spongebob into rap is fire. I'm sure that's not what you guys are talking but I wouldn't mind them having an AI badge or something either

There is an "artist" who is promoting music on tiktok, directing people to Spotify and refusing to acknowledge it's AI. Any comment indicating it's AI is immediately filtered out by the creator. I am so fed up with this. Label songs and artists as AI!

It is getting worse and worse. All the recommendations gets poisend by the unnormal amount of ai music. My weekly list is full of**bleep** every week.

We're not paying to hear music made by robots. You don't have to license silence either, but we're not going to pay a subscription for it. You are not the only music discovery and playback platform on the market. Implement this change or we're walking.

I am in agreeance with the sentiment of other comments here.

We need a clear way to distinguish AND filter AI generated/created content.

There should even be a clear marking for AI created album art.

Quiero música REAL hecha por gente DE VERDAD. SI PARA EL MES DE DICIEMBRE NO SE HA RETIRADO LA MUSICA HECHA POR IA, NO PIENSO PAGAR MÁS SPOTIFY.

Entre que obligáis a los que pagamos premium, que tengamos que escuchar 3 o 4  anuncios durante cada capítulo  de podcast y ahora también que nos metan música hecha por IA en todas las listas. Me parece fatal después de pagar la suscripción.

I ready do NOT like that ai generated Music is flooding my feeds. There should definitely be an option to block this from your feed en suggestions AND there should also be a clear label when music is ai generated! 

First of all, I want music made by artist and bands that I can visit and see shows. Second, sometimes the ai generated music is good, but it also prohibits the suggestion of an actual artist!
