[Mobile] Choose the folder for local files.

When you check to read local music files, there is no option to choose a folder on mobile. If you tag it, it takes all the music and audio files from WhatsApp and other sources and mixes everything. You could create the option to choose the folder as in windows in the next updates.

Apparently this "feature" of yours have already cost you $6.1 million in fines this summer because the Stockholm Court decided you violate user rights under GDPR specifically because of this issue. Surely it's nothing for a company making about $1.5 billion per month, but the ruling was in June, it's already September, are you waiting for additional lawsuits for not fixing this? Because something tells me the next fines won't be as modest. Add explicit folder selection for local files on mobile devices already, this is just ridiculous at this point. It's literally one week's worth of one UI guy and one coder guy to stop this nonsense and prevent users from filing more lawsuits for data breach in your name.

Currently, only files from the "download" folder are displayed in the local files playlist. This is somewhat annoying. If it were possible to change this, it would be much more user-friendly.
