No Payola - Stop pay to play.

Most curators charge for playlist placement. There's many companies built on contacting playlist curators and sending emails to them to promote artists tracks, in an attempt to get track placements on playlists.  I have developed a way to get rid of this pay to play scheme, by using the Spotify API along with an email server.  API playlist curator creates playlists from tracks the artists submit. So artists will get on playlists that are actually getting plays.

Users streaming receive tokens by playing playlists using the Spotify app. The dBASE can verify that the user actually playing the playlists. A type proof of broadcast putting a halt and stopping artificial streaming 100%. Real users don't stream 24/7. 

Artists can send emails to playlist curators promoting their music for free and get on more playlists and generate true growth.

Free zero pay to play. No Payola 

The issue is a lot of shady curators add artists tracks to botted playlists with out that artists consenting to the add. Most artists don't even know they been added to a pay to play playlist.

There are way too many of them.
