[Queue] Queue to Next or Last

Present two options on rightclick, Queue Last and Queue Next. Very easy to implement, and useful. 

The way I been using spotty lately is to keep adding to Play Queue, it has gotten really long and sometimes I want to listen to something right now, then I have to add to queue and then move the songs all the way up to the top.

Mediamonkey have had this implemented since long ago. Mediamonkey is btw the best musicorganizer I've ever owned or tried.

My Question or Issue

From one day to the other the add to queue function is reversed from first in first out order to first in last out, without notifying about any changes, this might be an error altho it can be on purpose, but if its intended you could look at how youtube app solved this by giving 2 options:

-play next in queue

-play last in queue

altho if i had to choose only one i would choose the original version because this breaks my mind altho its nice to have the other feature i just rarely use it, and since i dont know about others, we could just have both features 🙂

I often listen to full albums while working. I want to queue up several albums in the morning so they play one after another throughout the day — without interruptions or manual interaction.

But Spotify always adds the next album directly after the current song, not to the end of the queue. That makes it impossible to plan ahead without micromanaging the playback.

I don’t want to create playlists every time — I want to listen to different things each day depending on my mood. Apple Music and even YouTube Music support this basic behavior. I’m honestly considering switching to Apple Music just because of this missing feature.

A simple “Add to end of queue” would solve all of this. Please, make it happen.

Right now, whenever I tap “Add to queue” on anything – a track, album, playlist – Spotify inserts it immediately after the currently playing song.

This breaks the flow completely if I already have a queue lined up. It’s especially annoying when I just want to stack a few albums, playlists or songs for uninterrupted listening – like when I’m working.

I don’t want to micromanage the queue all day or build temporary playlists for everything. I just want to queue up what I feel like hearing, and let it play out.

Other services like Apple Music and YouTube Music let you do this. Spotify doesn’t. Why?

Please add a simple “Add to end of queue” option for any item – it’s a basic feature that would massively improve the listening experience.

Please restore the previous behavior of the "Add to Queue" function, where songs were added to the end of the queue in the order they were selected. Currently, the last added song plays first, which breaks the intended listening order. It would be great to have an option to choose the preferred queue order.

It is honestly insane that this very BASIC functionality is still unavailable. Every few years I sign back up for a premium subscription with Spotify due to Apple music removing songs I like and quickly remember why Spotify sucks ass and switch back. It's been almost 15 years and we still cannot get this basic ass feature wth Spotify

This should be a standard feature. Spotify just increased the price we pay again, the least they could do was add this basic feature that should should have been included from day one.

This is a basic feature and it is shocking that the Spotify app does not have it. The app needs to have two buttons for adding songs to a queue that allow the user to pick if the song is added at the end or next, like almost every other music playing app does. It is not that hard, just add another button. I can't believe this issue has dragged on since 2012

When queuing playlists or albums please allow to queue at end of current playing order and not at the beginning..
