Release Radar should only contain new music from followed artists

There are multiple playlists set up to discover new music (Daylist, discover weekly, song and artist radios etc...) 

The release radar should show only new music from artists you follow. It should contain all new releases whether that be a single or a whole album. 

It currently adds songs at random like a radio playlist. This only happens when there are not enough followed releases to fill up the playlist so it adds more. If I check the playlist and it is near empty I will just know that my followed artists have not released anything. The way it is set up now makes me second guess if anything had been released. The what's new tab is good at showing what has released but the convenience of having it in a playlist already for you is very nice.
