Remove a song from playlist

Remove a song from playlist while the song is playing. Instead of having to scroll through a playlist of 3,000 songs to delete a song you are sick of that keeps coming up, it would be easier if there was an option in the top right corner of the song currently playing where you can remove the song from the playlist that it is currently playing off of.
