Remove the new “Resuming (insert playlist/ song here)“ feature

The feature is not only annoying it’s broken and if you search on Reddit about the new feature you will see it’s very unpopular and I’m not the only one with this complaint. 
When you resume playing from Spotify in a car, it has a 3-second A.I. voice saying “Resuming (insert song or playlist.”

Its annoying that you cant just go back to listening to your music, BUT also it turns off shuffle and repeat. So if you were shuffling a playlist or album you have to go back to the app and turn it on again.

If spotify is going to keep this feature it would be great to have a setting to turn it off or on because a lot of people agree its really annoying.

Can fully confirm that I’m no longer having this issue, been a day or two now and the phone has connected to the car fully and I haven’t had an issue! I don’t know if they are just rolling it out onto random accounts and testing the waters but it’s clear to see nobody wants it that has come across it. So for clarity, I’m on iPhone, all the latest updates iOS and apps, disabled all notifications for Spotify app. Not sure if it’s something I’ve done or they are finally listening to us.

I just want the option to turn this feature off. Or for it to at least not un-shuffle my music, especially when I was in the middle of a song, because it'll start the playlist or album over from song one.

This is such an obnoxious change. Switching to Tidal if Spotify keeps interrupting and disabling my shuffle.

Do Spotify Developers even look at this?  It is without a doubt the most redundant feature to have and the fact it is forced on us without an option to disable it is even more annoying.  It is a constant annoyance and messes up my playlist or shuffle.  Its been a month now and they dont seem to care to listen or change it.

Worst idea Spotify has ever had, this will be the nail in the coffin. Remove this feature, let me turn it off or I'm done, not paying for this garbage "feature".
