Share audiobook hours

I have a Spotify Premium Family plan. This comes with 15hrs free audiobook listening. However, you cannot share the 15hrs with other members of the family. Instead, you have to increase your membership to buy other members audiobook hours.

Considering it is a shared family plan that we already pay for, the audiobook hours should either be 'pooled' so anyone can use them, or you should (as the subscriber) be able to 'assign' any or all hours to another member in the family since we share the Premium Family Plan.

Please vote for this idea if you would like to see this feature!

PLEASE!! My husband is the primary account holder and does not listen to audiobooks. I listen to several a month through the library, and currently, our hours are just going to waste. I'm not going to pay for more hours for + to be able to allocate them to myself when I've never been able to use the service in the first place.

Seconded as well

Not being able to change who can listen to the audiobook hours is ridiculous. Moreover, the fact that you have a button that says "Request Access" as if it is a simple transition is frustrating. I spent a good amount of time trying to figure out how to switch it over so I could enjoy the app to its fullest only to find out I have to completely cancel the plan and start a new one. It is completely absurd. We pay for this plan should we not be able to choose who uses the feature we pay for. You're stingy enough to limit it to a one person feature then why not make it a feature we can CHOOSE who receives the benefits? Please consider making changes to this settings. The way your company has chosen to make things difficult when there is no need to is exasperating to say the least. Life is difficult enough as it is, why not make something we can simply enjoy easier to access.

Totally agree with this suggestion! My husband doesn't listen to audiobooks but just happens to be the one to have set up the premium plan for our family. We tried to find mutliple ways over the weekend for me to access an audiobook using the hours that otherwise go to waste, but short of logging in as him (which is what all my friends do to listen to their audiobooks under the same circumstances) there is not a solution.

If audiobooks aren't going to be made part of the plan for all members, at the very least make it an option for the plan manager to transfer or share the listening hours with other members of the plan PLEASE!!
