I would like if you added more apple compatible shortcuts to the Spotify app. For example you could add a shortcut that starts playing a playlist, or one that changes the playback location of the music. This would allow users to have their favorite songs and podcasts within a button’s reach.

Personally, I would this feature to create a music handoff system using an nfc tag and alexa, similar to that of the apple homepod.
