Stop excluding non-native speakers!

Hello,

I speak for international students, expats, tourists, and American citizens who live in Germany and the Netherlands.

Spotify refuses to communicate with us in English! There's no way in h*ll to change the location or language settings to "English". Marketing emails, recommendations, payment gateway, and all other marketing emails (which cannot be turned off) are sent in German (or Dutch).

After speaking with several employees, with false instructions and a waste of time, I got a definitive answer that changing the language is impossible because our region doesn't support Engish. What a ridiculous and empty response, this policy doesn't reflect Spotify's identify which calls for inclusivity and diversity (as they claim for their employees). We do not feel that way as users!!!

Please make a change and give us the freedom to decide what language we want to be communicated with!
