Translate Lyrics to other languages

So my idea is that Spotify should add a lyric translation to songs. For example I listen to greek music and the writing all in greek I think that Spotify should have an option to translate the songs (English) so I can read and understand the songs. I think this would be useful people who also lyrics to Spanish would want lyrics translated to understand the song. Basically idea is to translate the song into the language you know and understand the words in song. Like this if you agree and think it’s smart!

Hello Spotify team,
I really enjoy the lyrics translation feature while listening to songs. However, currently translations are only available in English.
I would love to have the option to translate lyrics into other languages, especially Persian (Farsi), so that I can better understand the meaning of songs in real time.
It would be amazing if users could choose their preferred translation language in the settings.

As you know, there are lyrics underneath the songs you listen to on Spotify. Wouldn't it be better if these lyrics were translated? I know Turkish and I'm curious about the lyrics of songs in English or other languages, but I can't translate them. For example, right now you can translate a song into the language you want to get subtitles on YouTube. Nowadays, translating has become easier. Wouldn't it be better if Spotify had something like that?

I once got advice to learn a language by comparing Spanish lyrics side-by-side with english. To have translation for understanding context is meaningful to people as well, but as a language learning tool that’s most appealing, I think the lyrics must be synced with the song, as they are now, and directly under they’re counterpart.

even if not synced, to have full lyrics available to display side-by-side within the app would add immense value. (maybe easier to implement unsynced, at first)

I think this will create the most jobs, for translators to ensure accurate cultural reference, and the most valuable service, as language learning starts with songs and associating rhythms/patterns with words, but sadly the meaning of the word is lost due to a lack of visual association. Therefore, timely english (etc.) counterpart is crucial.

 eventually to have spotify-currated channels to offer audible synced-translation would be good, for those at work, driving, cooking, etc. it will make the song less enjoyable with the pauses but i’m sure people will enjoy the original song more once they learn, very quickly, exactly what each line means.

(take first example and have pause in song with someone singing line in english etc)

So far, I can select just a few lines of lyrics. I know that the translation is one idea, but I actually want to be able to share the whole lyrics if that is what I want to.

Bad bunny was one of the most listened to artist. I don’t understand Spanish but love his music, how cool would it be if the lyrics were translated to English automatically? I’d pick up a few Spanish words like this and engage more with the app.

As a long-time Spotify user, I believe the platform would benefit greatly from a feature that allows automatic translation of song lyrics into multiple languages.

This would help non-native listeners enjoy and understand global music, and make Spotify more inclusive and educational.

It could be implemented similarly to YouTube's subtitle translation feature, with user toggle support.

 I hope this feature can make Spotify more inclusive and enjoyable for music lovers around the world. 🌍🎶

With different cultures becoming more accessible to others through music, many people may still face language barriers and are unable to understand what is being said. However, with the option of translated lyrics, this could help users understand the true soul of the music they consume as well as potentially helping them learn a new language. As Musixmatch already does this for many of their songs, and Spotify directly gets its lyrics from them, the integration of translated lyrics on Spotify (available for all countries on Spotify) can greatly improve users' listening experience.
