User-defined threshold for when artists show up in Release Radar

As a user who listens to a reasonable amount of artists outside of those that I really like it's over the years become a bit of a problem that my "Release Radar" has gone from being a familiar place with new music from artists I appreciate to basically just becoming a second "Discover Weekly" playlist.

Since the number of plays between artists I want to show up on my Release Radar and "the others" is quite significant I was hoping there was a possiblity to add setting  where the user (me!) can set how many plays an artist needs before they are considered for the Release Radar playlist.
