stop including non podcast related commercials in podcasts for premium users

I am not talking about the part when the podcast hosts speak of sponserps or their own commercials, often i have been listening to english or american podcasts only to recieve french, or even japanese commercials inthe middle of the podcast that are in no way related to the podcast ! this is unnacceptable i pay premium, even if it is an ad system where the podcast owner dedicates spots in his podcast for some 'standard' commercials like youtube does, the fact that i pay a monthly fee should mean i skip these. This is very annoying and not fair to my subscription ! >:C
