I have jus tlistened to "1940s banned music" and loved it. It is not real. It is not made by humans. It does not reflect real life. I do not want fake. I want real life. I do not want lies. I want to know what is real and what is not. Truth makes life much easier. I want Spotify to CLEARLY tell me what music is AI generated. I have loved the freedom of Spotify as a customer as it has enabled me to explore music and find many new artists. I understand it **bleep** for the artists. Now with AI and 'false' music I think its just utter shite. Why is Spotify not supporting creativity and artists - the whole reason they are successful ion the first place?

In the meantime, there is an article published on the Spotify Newsroom website which explains what measures Spotify have taken with regard to AI on their platform. I hate AI generated **bleep** for a million reasons but one of the big ones is this: it's going to get harder and harder to tell what's real. Spotify's #1 mission by a huge margin right now should be figuring out how to block all AI **bleep** from the Spotify platform .

It's outrageous how little Spotify is doing to combat AI and I'm afraid it's because your overlords think they can make even more money by implementing AI music on Spotify. I think they are very very wrong. People will move in droves to whichever streaming platform can defeat AI slop first. AI slop should not just be labeled, it should be completely banned. People who have a taste for garbage can go to Suno. Save Spotify for real music.
