Hey @spog, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

I hope you don’t mind me replying in English. Keep in mind that every member must be at the same physical address at the time of signup. Once the member is at the same physical address that’s listed on your Family plan, you can send them another invite following these steps. If that doesn’t work, can you try the same steps using a different browser or private window?
