How can I tell if someone else added a song to my playlist?

You would be able to see a profile picture next to the song, if someone else added it. The only way that people can add songs to your playlist is, if it's a collaborative or blended playlist. If it's collaborative, you have to send invitation links to people, for them to be able to add songs, though. These are not default playlists. You have to make them that way.
