My wrapped is wrong! ☹️💔

Hello everybody!

Hope you are all having fun listening to your 2022 wrapped!

Unfortunately, my wrapped has a mistake. It includes one artist that I have never listened to before. I don't even know who this artist is!

Is anyone experiencing the same?! 

I reached out to costumer service but their answer was:

"... it is totally based upon your listening history which includes private session and offline listening I'm really sorry we’re unable to update your Wrapped stats or playlists"

They sent the same answer repeatedly even though I explained the situation in different ways. It almost feels like I was chatting with a bot (they say it was a person) 

I wonder whether there is a glitch on the system?!

Any comments would be highly appreciated!

Having a similar issue with my top 5 songs, number 3 is a song I know I've played no more than 3 times in my life, and should not be there. Whilst number 4 I have played non stop - makes no sense.

I don't even like my top 5 songs! I am so confused how they ended up as my top 5. I can think of 100 other things that I listened to over 100 times.
