In my opinion, and only my opinion, I'm not a really big of rap music what about yall, please leave a like a maby just maby consider liking this post and in a one's in a life time consider subscribing please. 🙏

I like Rap but It isn't always the best music for working out. A good Rap song may have a polyrhythmic or off beat flow. 2 steps to the left, 3 to the right and a hop, will eventually trip me up. 

Analysing the above playlists, no thought has gone into the beats per minute. The range is from 62 to 182 with an asymetrical distrubution. One song you'll be cruising then the beat goes out from under. Like being on a dance floor when "Bohemian Rhapsody" is played.

I like a tight workout list. Dialled in to between 112-132 BPM. With most tracks in the 120-129 range. 

That has me buzzing like a fleetfooted pixie.
