Reporting Payola

The amount of Payola playlists is getting silly now. Is there an easy way to report Payola playlists to Spoitfy? Better still, if I give you a list of playlists who I've contacted and they've asked for money can I get some kick back for one of my tracks? 

This would really clear up the mess...
