What is considered an EP, Single and Album?

Spotify is weird like this. I was scrolling through Tedashii's discography ('cause I was bored, I don't do this for fun) and I saw an EP with a whopping 10 tracks. The problem is that Spotify counted it as an EP. So now I'm curious: what does Spotify count as a single, EP and album?

1nd. Single - A song that has the greatest potential to reach the public and become a hit.

2nd. EP (Extended Play) - Varies in theme and quantity. EPs usually have between 3 and 7 tracks. The themes can vary from song to song.

3nd. Album - More robust and presents a more complete concept. The songs usually "talk" to each other, i.e. they are like "continuations" of the previous track. It really is a more complete concept.
