Why Discovery weekly and released radar have same song?

I'm expecting that discovery weekly is containing song which I'm not listening from artist I don't know before and release radar is song from artist I aware and every time they release new song they put in here. But somehow almost a years this thing happen when discovery weekly and release radar have same song and all artist I aware is in there
