Mobile app: The full 2023 Wrapped experience is available in the Spotify mobile apps for iOS and Android by tapping on the colorful "Wrapped" filter at the top of the Home tab. There is also more to explore by going to the Search tab and looking for the "2023 in Music" and "2023 in Podcasts" tiles.

Desktop / Mobile Web Browsers: The Wrapped experience is primarily mobile app first, but what's new this year is that you can now view the main Wrapped story from the website using desktop and mobile web browsers.

There is also more to explore by going to the Search tab and looking for the "2023 in Music" and "2023 in Podcasts" tiles in the Web Player and desktop app.

I know this is a late reply, but this info will help for the next Wrapped experience.

What's new for the 2023 Wrapped experience is that you can now share your Top 100 Songs playlist with other people. You have to copy the link from the mobile app though. If you copy the link from the desktop app or Web Player, you get a generic link that sends the other person to their own Top 100 Songs playlist. They do not have access to your Top 100 Songs playlist unless you have shared the link from the mobile app. What most likely happened is that they shared the generic link from the desktop app, so you saw your own playlist.

You used to be able to share the Top 100 Songs playlist several years ago, and then for the last few years if you shared this playlist, it gave you a generic link that would show the other person their own Top 100 Songs Playlist. Now you can share the playlist again starting with 2023 Wrapped, but currently only if you copy the link from the mobile app.
