Multiple car infotainment systems not loading playlists

We're getting reports from users that playlists aren’t loading on their car infotainment systems.

I am having the same issue in my 2020 buick enclave.  The app opens but music won't play.  Everything works fine from my phone but I do a lot of travel where I lose cell service.  Streaming through the app on my car shows me to keep the music playing.

I have a 2022 GMC Terrain and I am having the same issue. It has been 3 weeks. Why has this problem not been fixed yet?

Same issues here. 

I just wanted to share something in case anyone else has been feeling the same way. When my truck issues first started happening, I honestly thought I was the problem — like maybe I was losing my tech touch or missing something obvious.

 

Nope. Turns out it was just my 2019 Chevy Silverado being… a 2019 Chevy Silverado.

Not any problems with my other vehicle. Seems mine started after the last OTA update from GM
