Users can't view theirs or other folks profiles

Hey everyone,


We've received reports that folks are unable to see their or other customer's profiles. This is happening on all platforms.


An error is "Couldn't find that page, Search for something else?"  is shown whenever a user visit anyone's profile.


This is currently being investigated.

In this case, we'd like to gather as much info as possible. Would you mind letting us know what troubleshooting you've tried so far? This'll help us avoid repeating steps.


Any additional details that you can provide (such as device's make, model and OS) where you've been experiencing this will be very helpful to us as well. Sending us some screenshots of how the issue looks like would come in handy.

I use Redmi note 11 Pro. version miUI 14 and i have the same issue. Before this phone i had Samsung Galaxy s22 Ultra and I didnt have any issues with my account. I did change my region tho since I moved to another country. Could that be the reason for this issue?


i have an iPhone 11 and my account is connected to a hp laptop (windows 11). i asked my friend if he's experiencing the same issue and it didn't work for him either. i tried on my brother's phone and it shows the same problem on his account.


Huawei P30 Pro, the same issue since yesterday, my cousin with IPhone 13 cannot enter his profile as well.

Dear Spotify,

Currently I am facing the issue that my profile as well as other profiles do not load on several devices. When I open profiles to view them, it loads for a while and then gets an error. No error code is specified. What i have tried already:

1. Clear Cache and Cookies

2. Reinstalled Spotify

3. Tried several devices (laptop, iPhone and Spotify web in Safari and Chrome)

4. Tried logging out and back in

5. Reconfigured settings

6. Checked for firewall or rules that block any incoming signal, but nothing blocks Spotify.

7. Tried a different WiFi

Operating System

MacOS Big Sur 11.7.4 /  iOS 16.5.1

I want to be able to view me and my friends profiles again.
