“Already linked with another account”

Whenever I try to sign into my Spotify account on my PS4, a message pops up and says that I’ve already linked my Spotify account to a PlayStation, but that’s not possible. I’ve just gone through a PlayStation support chat and he said to turn here to find an “online ID” that’s signed into my account from another PlayStation. So here I am
