New Artist submit for playlist consideration feature - how do I do that?

Hi - I am an artist and want to submit a song for playlist consideration using the new feature. I've read the press release. i've logged into my artist account. I've seen the message that tells me to enter my dashboard to submit a track for playlist consideration. But when I'm in my dashboard, I dont see a link. 

What do I press or which link do I follow to submit a song for playlist consideration using this new Beta feature?

For me it's still not clear, how the flip I send an "unreleased track" using platforms such as Distrokid for example ?

Oh nvm I just figured it out, when you're releasing a song on Distrokid or such, you can choose the release date, and for adding it to a playlist it must be at least 7 days before the release date.
