"3 months free" false advertising

My Question or Issue

I keep getting ads for "3 months free premium". When I click on it, it brings me to https://www.spotify.com/premium/ and doesn't give me 3 free months of premium when I try to subscribe, instead just offers regular premium @ 9,99€ / month.

The 3 months free offer is only for new subscribers to Spotify, if you've used Premium before then this option won't be available to you.

This isn't "false advertising". However, you are not able to redeem it because your account has had Premium before, including another trial (7-days or 30-days). 

So, this 3-month trial is directed only for new users that didn't use the Premium ever.
