Thanks for posting on the Community! We'd love to help, we just need some more details on what's happening from your end.

For example, are you having troubles with the search feature within the Spotify app? This could be when searching for another user - you might be able to find their profile, but you're unable to open it? And if that's the case, are you using the desktop app or the mobile one?

Another example, as you're mentioning address, perhaps you're having troubles with the address when opening an invite to a Family plan or when registering an address for the Duo plan?
