So for maybe a few weeks, some of my Alexa devices were missing(I have 6 speakers and 2 groups). I could get Spotify to play on any device by asking Alexa to play on that specific device, but it was annoying that all devices were not listed on Spotify. So I went through all the steps…uninstall/re-install, unauthorize/re-authorize, etc. after that, the only change is NONE of my Alexa devices show up in Spotify. Does anyone have any suggestion on how to fix this?? Im losing my patience. Thanks
Hey there @rxdude94,
Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community.
Could you check your iPhone's settings and see if Spotify is allowed to access your local network? This option can be found under Settings > Privacy > Local Network.
It's also worth toggling that option off and on to see if that makes the difference.
Keep us posted on how it goes.
Same here
This is a persistent issue that both Spotify and Amazon have known about for years. They both point fingers. To me, its obviously a Spotify Connect issue since all other subscriptions (i.e. Pandora) have absolutely no issue playing reliably on my grouped Alexa speakers. Pretty much done with the lip service from Spotify at this point - cancelling my premium subscription as a result.
Yep. Same issue here with Google home and Spotify premium.

Also, and if possible; could any of you record a short video where we can take a better look? You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert Video option in the post editor. You can also upload it to Google Drive and share the link with us (make sure the video has the permissions for anyone to see it).
We'll be on the lookout.
