Amazon echo can't find music

I just got an amazon echo gen 2 and half the songs i try to get it to play i get the response "I can't find XXXX on spotify" or something of the sorts. If i say the name of song an artist it works for most but it doesn't when i try to play anything off Quality control or Huncho Jack. It also does not work when i try to play by genre (ex. play rock music) or playing spotify created playlists such as discover weekly and top 100.

I’m having similar issues. Since I’ve connected my Echo to Spotify, it can’t find what I ask for by voice. I have to go into the Spotify app and play my selections.
