App incorrectly said I listened to audiobook cahpters

The other day I was listening to an audiobook via a bluetooth device, and when I disconnected the bluetooth device and turned off the bluetooth on my phone the playing should have stopped like it always had in the past. Instead I wake up to find that according to my history multiple chapters played without my knowledge overnight. I don't have a way to find timestamps or what devices were used (I primarily listen to spotify on the browser app and my Android app), and there was no indication on my phone that it was playing. Now I have to wait 15 more days to get back hours that I don't believe I ever used. Is there a way to find out how this happened or potentially get my hours back?

We're sorry to know that this happened. If you think someone else might have access to your account, we suggest that you secure it with the following steps. 

We're afraid that the listening time can't be reset on your account. To avoid this issue in the future, we'd recommend setting a Sleep timer, if you tend to listen to the audiobooks at night or changing the playback to music before closing the app.
