Beoplay A9 mk2 connection problems

Beoplay A9 mk2 connection problems

Hey

We have a Beoplay a9 mk2, and my ipad pro with spotify premium is connecting fine.

But often it will play almost half of a song, and then start it over again, it can do it for 4-5 times in a row, anf sometimes, it wont do it for 3-4 songs.

When this happens, and we look at the application, its like its not conneted, and after a few seconds its back on.

If a problem for the ipad, and 2xiphones.

 

Any fixes? We tried reinstall the app, and also resetting the speaker.
