Bug: DJ breaks when trying to say 'Professor Kliq'

My Question or Issue

Twice today, DJ tried to introduce a song by Professor Kliq (two different songs). The voice said the 'K' and maybe the 'l' in 'Kliq' then went silent, and the song was silent though the timer was moving as was the scrub bar. Fast forwarding or rewinding didn't fix the sound. I was able to skip forward, then backward and the song played correctly without any DJ voice.

Could you let us know if you've already performed any troubleshooting steps so far? If you've not already done these, try with the following:

• A detailed clean reinstall with the steps here.
• Another device.
• In the Web Player.
• Different network connection.

Lastly, let us know if this happens only with Professor Kliq song(s) or any others.
