CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME I HAVE BEEN STRUGGLING FOR A LONG TIME

This might be long but please help. 

First of all, I am a new member of the community. I joined because I have been seeking help on this problem. What I needed help is on my playlist. So when I open my Spotify everything works like it is supposed to but when I try opening a playlist a screen pops up saying "Aw, snap. Something went wrong while displaying the page". I tried EVERYTHING the internet told me to do. Even searched here on the Spotify Community but never found an answer so can you help me out ASAP. this situation is also happening to my friend. here is some info about my laptop:

~It is a new updated Chromebook

~My Chrome is up to date and so is my laptop

PLEASE help me with what you can

PS. I told you it was long

Yes, this situation is still occurring, unfortunately. And when I click learn more it takes me to a page where they have listed many ways of fixing this issue. Some like, restart the laptop, restart your chrome and what not. I have done all of them and nothing worked. thank you for replying and being concerned. All of my friends are also facing this situation so I know it has nothing to do with laptops.
