If you've successfully paid for your subscription but your account doesn't reflect this, we'd first advise you to trigger a manual sync of your settings.

This can be done by logging out of the app and then back in twice in a row.

In case this doesn't help out, please reach out to your bank and ask them if the payment has gone through.
