Can't Use Spotify on PlayStation 4

Strangely there is no way to directly contact a support rep with spotify. That needs be addressed. 

Today I bought a PS4. I logged into my PSN account and linked it to Facebook. Then I installed spotify. I started the app on both my phone and PS4. But my phone was not recognising the PS4. After a few attempts to link and unlink my accounts, I manually logged into the app on the PS4. I was greeted with a very weird pop up. See picture.

This makes no sense at all to me. I've never linked my Spotify with a PSN account before. I havent had a PS console since 2012. And my Spotify account was made back in 2015. What do I do now?
