Can't access DJ

I am an American Premium user. When I go into my music feed, the DJ card is not there.

Version: 8.8.14.575
Steps followed: Spotify App > Home > Music
Expected: AI DJ Card appears somewhere within said page.
Actual: The card was not present
Attempted: Restarting App, Clearing Cache, Restarting Phone, Logging out and back in.
Note: Could not find option to toggle AI DJ under playback settings

In this case, we'd like to add some insights. If perhaps you can see this feature at all in your accounts, don't worry, DJ is currently still gradually rolling out to all Premium users in the US and Canada. If you're on Premium in these regions and not seeing it at the moment, rest assured it's coming your way.

If perhaps you can see the feature in your library, but you've noticed the DJ button missing in the Now playing view, we can confirm the right team is aware of this behavior. They're currently looking into it in this thread, so we recommend having a look at it and adding your vote in the thumbs up icon. You can also subscribe to it, so you get notified as soon as we have updates to share.

Any idea for the timeline on this? The DJ feature was kind of the reason I signed up for Premium... so it's kind of a let down that it wasn't there once I did sign up. 😅

In the Spotify Home Screen on the top there should be an option to click music or podcast and when clicked music I can access Spotify ai dj yet the option to click music is not there

Moderators just keep repeating the same thing:

This, of course is not helpful, offers no details nor any sort of timeline, and is patronizing at best. Why make a big splash over a feature that you're not going to roll out to everyone? Why gradually roll it out? Seems all that is going to do is **bleep** off the users - all of whom are PAYING subscribers - who don't get it. It has been WEEKS since the announcement. What the heck is taking so long? What does gradual mean? Months? Years? Sheesh!

I’m on iPhone 12, I’ve seen everyone post about the ai dj feature and I tried to look for it and it’s not there. I’ve updated Spotify, deleted and redownloaded and it’s still not there. Is there a way to fix this?

My Question or Issue

My Spotify app does not have the AI DJ feature and is also missing the Music/Podcast/Audiobooks tab at the top of my homepage. I have tried a clean reinstall and ensured it’s on the latest version. My Spotify app version is 8.8.15.609. I am attaching screenshot of what my homepage looks like.

When is this feature coming in Europe ? Why is it "gradually" rolling only for US ?
It's not even an US company.

I'm so angry at Spotify tbh, this feature truly looks incredible but WHY is it not available ? Why would you publicly announce it while only 1-2% of your user base can access it ? It's RIDICULOUS. RELEASE THE FEATURE GLOBALLY

Keep in mind that the feature is gradually being rolled out but in case you're still experiencing this issue, please let us know what your Spotify app version is and we'll notify the right folks about this 🙂

@Vasil I understand that some features need to be rolled out gradually in order to scale up systems, check for bugs, measure performance, etc. What I'm looking for though is some sort of estimate of when we can expect it (something more specific than, "it's coming your way"). As I mentioned earlier, the AI DJ feature was what led me to subscribe to Premium, and there was no indication to me that it wouldn't be there once I did subscribe. So now I'm wondering how long I have to wait to receive the feature I paid for. Are we talking days? Weeks? Months? Some kind of ballpark would be greatly appreciated. 🙂

I cant find the AI DJ function on the android app. I am on a xiaomi.

It is a public release but I have seen that a lot of people not matter if they are in America or not have the same issue. The only thing you need is be patient and always keep the app updated. Also I think they gradually release it.

I recently discovered the DJ AI feature, I thought I'd try it out. Every time I try to open it though, it just crashes the spotify app
