Changed to Duo premium and lost DJ and audiobooks

since changing to duo I lost access to

audiobooks and DJ. I am the account manager. I have restarted. I have logged out.

Currently, audiobooks and the DJ are available only in select regions and Denmark isn't one of them for now. Since you've had access to them before, this leads us to believe you've been in a country where they were available, but keep in mind that if you move abroad to a country where they're not accessible, you won't be able to use them anymore. These features are tied to the region you're in and not to your account.
