How can I change the composer name in credits for a song I’ve released

You can’t manually change your artist name on Spotify. They display the artist name in the metadata delivered to them.
To change your artist name, ask your label or distributor to submit a metadata update to Spotify, listing your new name in each of your releases.

After you’ve changed your name:

Once Spotify get the updated info, a new artist profile may be created for you with your rebranded releases.

Follow these steps to get access to your new profile in Spotify for Artists

Your tracks’ play counts will be retained, and your new profile’s Monthly Listeners will recover with time.
