Clicking account link or playlist links of a certain user doesnt work

My Question or Issue

Whenever i click my friend's user profile link or playlist link, it says page not found. Account isnt deactivated because it is actively being used and we're on premium duo.

Is it possible they've accidentally blocked you? Have them check if they can unblock you from the mobile app's Settings > Privacy and social > Profile visibility > Blocked users. Also, if the playlists are private, ask them to send you a new invite as a collaborator instead to see if that works.
