Deleted and unrecoverable Spotify account help

Hey guys,

My mobile service is partnered with Spotify and offers us free Premium membership for 3 accounts. One of the members on my mobile account had an account linked through Facebook, that said-person deleted her Facebook completely, to clarify, it was not disabled, it was DELETED. Now on Spotify "Help" it asks to re-connect to Facebook to unlink the account, but this is impossible now because it's a deleted account. I've contacted my service provider many times for this and they all come to the conclusion that it's on Spotify's end. All I simply need from Spotify is to get the username deleted somehow to link a new Spotify account to the free membership!

My other concern is, with a compagny big like Spotify, why is there no Customer service support? This is so terrible in this era, it's pathetic even..

There is a customer support email and live chat, you're just not looking hard enough 😉

With the account it seems like it was Facebook-created and will not work without Facebook being active. If they do not want to reactivate Facebook, Spotify support can help transfer to a new account, either spotify or Facebook-created and your provider can then add the username:
