[Desktop] New redesigned app issues

Hi, today I received the new redesigned app version (1.1.58.820) and I found few issues after short time of using it.

1. there is no setting to hide unavailable songs anymore, so it shows them in my playlist but also in recommended songs section at the bottom of the playlist, see screenshot.

2. finally we have setting to show desktop notification when song is changed, but it looks like it doesn't work. No notification is shown.
