My Question or Issue

Go to song radio only brings a loading circle, nothing happens afterwards. I tried it on my Android, Mac and iOS. What is the problem there?

Just to make sure we cover all bases, as this seem to happen on multiple devices, could you try connecting to another network to see if you notice any difference? For example, if you're currently on WiFi, you can try with 4G/5G. If you're using any VPN, make sure to switch it off as well, as it might interfere with the service.

Should the issue persist, could you let us know if this happen with all tracks when selecting Go to radio, or just with a specific song?
