My Question or Issue

I can't play any goalhanger podcasts on my devices for some reason. I checked with someone else in the same country and they can! Is it my account?

If you're not able to play the podcast on multiple devices and it's available for other users in your country, it's most likely a network issue. Can you try restarting your router and if possible, check again with a different internet connection (preferably by a different provider).

If the issue persists, let us know how it looks on your end when you try to play it and whether you're getting any error messages.

I have the same problem on multiple devises in Switzerland and uk but they play fine on Amazon music. No obvious rationale

Just to make sure we cover all bases, as you mention different locations, could you double-check so your account's region settings are up-to-date? You can check this on your account page with these steps.

Should the issue persist, could you confirm if you're seeing any specific error messages from your end when trying to play an episode? Also, does this seem to happen at any specific points? For example, when connected to an external speaker or Bluetooth headphones.
