Help! I've been logged out my account and all music erased!

I went to use Spotify and I've been logged out of my premium account. When I logged back in with my email address, all my music including all my saved songs, playlists, everything has gone and I no longer have premium status which I am paying for as part of my Vodafone contract until Jan 2017. I called Vodafone this morning and everything is fine their end so they suggested to contact Spotify. Has anyone had a similar problem and can you provide any help please?

Hey @laurapearce1,

 

Try logging into your Spotify profile on your browser here with your email. Your username will be displayed after you login.

 

After that, check the status of your subscription. If everything looks ok (it should say you're paying through Vodafone), logout of the app in your device, and be sure to use that username, instead of your email address, to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.
