How can I start the song radio while the song is playing?

I play a song and like the vibe, so I want to listen to that style of music. I hit "go to song radio". I see the list of songs in that radio, with the current song on top. I want to start the radio seamlessly. If I click the play button, the radio starts but the current song plays from the start.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome.

Currently, there's no option to make a seamless transition between the song that is currently playing and the radio based on it. As an alternative, you can go to the playlist radio, hit the 3-dot menu above the tracks and select the option "Add to queue". After that, you’ll just need to open the Play queue, and remove the first song (that should be the one currently playing) and then you'll have a seamless transition between the tracks.

If you think other users would like a direct function for this transition as well, we'd recommend posting it as an idea in our Idea Exchange board so it can start getting voted on and reach the relevant departments to be taken into account. We'd also recommend checking out our guidelines before posting it to avoid any early rejections.
