Hi there!
The easiest way to do this is on the Web or Desktop app. Sort the playlist by 'Added by,' select the first song added by this user, then hold Shift and select the last song added by this user. This will select all of the songs added by this user.
You can then right-click and select 'Remove from playlist.'
